Reasons Not To Skip Leg Day

A majority of the us tend to skip leg day and with the majority I mean more than 90 percent of the population. No one really looks forward to a leg day. They tend to skip training their legs in favor of other parts such as the arms or chest. I’m not saying that training your arms or chest is redundant.Every part of your body is to be trained equally–with the same amount of dedication.I am merely saying that there has to be balance between the upper and lower part of the body and there is no point skipping your legs which contains some of the biggest muscle of your body.
